CASE STUDY · CLIENT NOT NAMED

Meta-approved conversational AI for a large e-commerce brand selling in the US

One bot suite covers Facebook comments, Instagram comments and website chat. I built it, Meta approved it, and it is proven in testing. The client is not named publicly.

THE PROBLEM

Three channels, no time to triage.

Comments and DMs kept arriving on Facebook and Instagram, and website chat added a third channel. Each message needed sorting: sales lead, support question, or a person. The team couldn't keep up. Qualified leads got lost in the queue and response times slipped.

WHAT IT DOES

Every channel, qualified in real time.

Built on a Meta-approved app, so it stays inside Meta's bot rules. The bot handles what repeats. People handle what doesn't.

ON META (FACEBOOK + INSTAGRAM)

  • Replies to every comment, capped at 2 per person per post. Anti-spam built in.
  • Spots buying intent, moves to DM, asks about size, location, use case and timeline.
  • Escalates to a human the moment the customer asks for one.
  • Qualified leads and escalations are auto-tagged in GoHighLevel.
  • Built-in abuse and over-use protection.

ON THE WEBSITE CHAT

  • Answers questions about prices, sizes, warranty, delivery, and installation.
  • Shares links to products and collections.
  • Starts the conversation by asking for the visitor's name and email.
  • Escalates to a salesperson on purchase signals and tags the lead.
  • Goes silent when a staff member adds the `bot-paused` tag.
  • Built-in abuse and over-use protection.
